I just love it when lovely people who are in love are put in touch with me.  Bill and Rob had the tiniest and most fabulous celebration of their love at Palm Springs City Hall.  Just four of their dearest friends and the day was perfection.  We started out at the courthouse for their ceremony, then we met again later and WOW did they fancy up for their amazing celebratory dinner at Mr. Parkers Restaurant at Parker Hotel.
