I do so love a good surprise! Add to that a sweet love story and I’m done. Danny contacted me in secret, he and his long term girlfriend were taking a vacation at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas and he planned to propose. Enter, yours truly.
Now let me just say, surprise engagements are super fun to be a part of , but they are also super stressful. I have to make sure I have the gear I need in order to document “the moment” while at the same time not being OBVIOUSLY a photographer.
Danny and I agreed where I would be waiting and where he would eventually pop the question. So I got in place and waited…. keep in mind, I’d never met either of them, so I had to watch EVERY couple that walked by, just in case it was them!
Once they came into view and were headed to the spot we had agreed on, I started snapping… and well, it was adorable! Take a look.
She said yes! Then she spotted me 🙂
